Last week the House and Senate passed and sent to President Trump a $4.59 billion emergency spending bill for the humanitarian crisis on the southern U.S. border. The House Ways and Means Committee on June 20 passed legislation that would expand and improve the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and Child Tax Credit (CTC) for working families.
